Double Doodle Playful Art Workshop
These workshops are open to all from young to old. Enjoy a workshop filled with fun, creativity and integration which leads to feeling grounded, energised and in balance. Dress comfortably as movement and play are part of these creative art workshops.

Neuro-Integration Movements (NIM)
In this 1 day introductory or additional course a closer look is taken at the physiology of the nervous system (the Neocortex, Limbic System and Brain Stem). Hemispheric specialization is introduced, and you learn about dominance and the effects of dominant eye, ear, hand, and foot on learning, reading, and writing. This is an interactive workshop filled with fun and movement. Dress accordingly.

Brain Gym® 101
Prerequisites: This course is open to all who have successfully competed Neuro Integration Movements (NIM)
If you want more than doing Brain Gym® exercises, then do this 4-day course, where you learn to apply these movements and others, to let go of ineffective and/or sabotaging behaviour and replace it with a new and effective ones.
The three dimension of intelligence.
The dimensions of laterality, focus and centering that were introduced in the Introduction to Brain Gym® course are now incorporated into action balances, which candidates can apply to develop the following skills:

- • Auditory,
- • Writing,
- • Communication,
- • Organization of thought patterns,
- • comprehension.

The five Steps Balance. The powerful process, which is at the heart of the Brain Gym® system, links a goal of one's own choosing to the abilities needed to achieve it. It includes a simple method for determining which Brain Gym® activities will best support the goal, plus a reinforcement technique called "anchoring' that quickly internalizes the new learning.
26 Target Activities: When performed in the context of the balance process, these simple physical movements bring about rapid and automatic improvements in skills such as memory, math, reading, writing, concentration, and communication, and also produce noticeable gains in creativity, energy levels, and athletic performance.

Dominance Factor
Prerequisites: Open to all who want to understand how our Basal (Stress) profile creates our weaknesses and preferences and how it affects in our interpersonal relationships.
Course content: This 2 day workshop is an experience of your stress profile and the impact of dominance on our weaknesses and preferences. This course will enhance your understanding of how you see and interpret the world and experiences around you.

Kids Play
Prerequisites: NIM and BG101 must be completed.
Course content: This 2 day workshop introduces Brain Gym® as an entrepreneurial opportunity where you are shown how to take Brain Gym® into Nursery- and primary schools and make learning with ease possible to learners in group settings. Included are numerous balance possibilities set out for a year with the provision of using alternative movements and games if necessary.

Triumph Over Fear
Prerequisites: A passion for life with a desire to grow on a personal level and Brain Gym® 101 would be supportive.
Course content: This eight hour workshop is an experience of your inner support systems and the fears which sabotage our growth, decision making and living our possibilities. Each person has inner fears that they would never reveal to anybody. It is OK to show frustration, anger, helplessness or guilt, but not our fear of abandonment, worthiness, trust or humiliation.
In this workshop we explore what precisely are your fears that prevent you from applying your talents or allow you to make appropriate choices. It is our fears that prevent us from moving forward.

Early Childhood Reflexes
Prerequisites: Neuro-Integration Movement workshop (Introduction to Brain Gym®) and Brain Gym® 101 (Brain Gym® I and II)
Course content: A baby is born with reflexes and reactions, which belong to his "first equipment". The reflexes are planned in our genetic code and proceed in a particular order. The normal development is dependent on the building and inhibition of reflexes. The stage of the reflex activities helps the medical doctor to recognize the degree of brain maturation.
The healthy child does not come completely passive and helpless to this world. It is provided with the ability to survive, like breathing and the beating of the heart. In addition, the baby has sense organs and reflexes to support growth. These abilities can only unfold in a supporting environment. The development of the child proceeds "reactively". Besides feeding it needs warmth, body contact, a smile, love and stimulation.
Three groups of reflexes are experienced in high and low gear when they are integrated and connected. The effect of the reflexes on learning problems, behavioural and emotional problems is explored. For Brain Gym® to be 100% effective all reflexes must be integrated.
